TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

Phoenix Bodycraft Method
A specialised method I developed to integrate deep tissue manipulation with neuromuscular re-education. By combining manual and stretch therapy, I tune into your nervous system to locate and release hidden, years-old tension.
Together, we reset your body's pain memory, rewrite chronic stress patterns, and shift your entire system back into a state of natural balance and health.
The goal is sustainable, long-term structural change.
Benefits & Results
The results of this therapy are cumulative. We are creating long-term structural changes in how your body moves, functions, and feels.
It is designed to help you:
- Unlock deep joint mobility and natural flexibility
- Release chronic tension, stiffness, and trapped physical and emotional stress
- Restore postural balance and structural alignment
- Enhance sports recovery, functional strength, and physical performance
- Reclaim movement quality and confidence after injury
- Regulate your nervous system, improving sleep and overall wellbeing
- Cultivate deeper body awareness and control
Specialised Focus: Deep Jaw, Neck & Chest Release
Unlike standard massage, I offer deeply focused work on:
- the front and back of the neck
- the jaw and surrounding structures
- the clavicles and chest (rib cage)
These areas hold some of the body's most overlooked tension — often missed by general treatment. Please note: due to its high intensity and depth, this work is not automatically included in every session. It must be specifically requested when booking, either as a standalone focus or integrated into your full-body session.
Advanced Flexibility Training

The Method
This 1:1 coaching is for those who are serious about flexibility and ready to put in the work.
I bring you the refined methods and hidden knowledge of elite circus flexibility - knowledge passed down through 7 years of private mentorship with circus gymnastics coaches. These are the foundational secrets of professional performers that ensure both extreme range and total body control.
Ideal for dancers, performers, athletes, and active individuals aiming for true splits and functional, usable flexibility — not just looking flexible.
If your goal is
- front splits
- middle splits
- a flexible, controlled spine
- open, strong shoulders
I offer structured, intensive training focused on quality, control, and long-term results.
This is active work that requires 100% of your focus and a deep understanding of how to command your own body to achieve splits, over-splits, and a flexible spine and shoulders.
It is high-intensity training that forces you to work at your maximum, staying disciplined and composed.
As a result, you will be surprised at what your body is capable of when it is trained properly.
Who this training is for
- You have a clear flexibility goal — whether it's your first split or over-splits
- You value precision and quality over generic, passive stretching
- You are ready to work actively and give 100% of your focus
- You need splits or extreme flexibility for performances
- You want results that last, built on strength and proper technique
- You are a complete beginner but ready to commit and work seriously
- You are already flexible but want to square your lines and increase your range
Learning to work independently
You won't just be guided — you will be taught.
You will learn:
- how to engage muscles correctly in splits
- how to train independently and safely
- how to maintain progress between sessions
This allows you to continue improving without constant supervision.

"Had a session with Alexandra today. Life changing!!!!!! Absolutely incredible session. The dream bodywork experience. Thanks so much."
"Alexandra is extraordinarily good at what she does. If your body matters to you, and you want to feel flexible and energised, you must try Phoenix Bodycraft.
"Alexandra is phenomenal. I have had several sessions with her and am amazed at her understanding of the complications of the body's muscle and nervous system. I have always walked away from our sessions feeling reinvigorated and energized. Superb."
"Alexandra is the most wonderful bodywork therapist. I had three sessions with her and will surely come for more! She is very experienced and knowledgeable, and has an almost magical ability to immediately identify the problem: where the tightness and inflammation are, what's the best way to release them, and how far to push the body to take it out of its comfort zone, but within the safety margin. She also has experience with energy work, which is evident in her approach and technique. 10 stars out of 5 ✨"
"It was the most intense stretch/physio and my therapist Alexandra knew exactly what's going on with my body without me even saying anything!"
"Alexandra is just brilliant. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me beyond measure in dealing with long-term back and shoulder issues. I cannot recommend her more highly."
"I usually go for regular monthly sports massages but this session with Alexandra was by far the one that has managed to release most tension throughout my body for me. Alexandra is amazing at what she does and would highly recommend."
"Alexandra is amazing for a true deep stretch. I had lingering tightness from an injury a couple of months back, and she worked it out and released so much built-up tension. I highly recommend her."
"Alexandra is one of the most wonderful and best at doing her job with mastery and from her heart as well. I have improved a lot with the sessions with Alexandra, and you can feel the difference directly after the session. You will also notice that each session is better than the previous one."
"In Alexandra's capable hands I came out relaxed and a general feeling of lightness. It was first time, but definitely not the last! Would definitely recommend."
"Alexandra was very informed and knew exactly what she was doing to release any tension in my muscles. Would definitely recommend!"
"So so good, I got a sports recovery massage after a long run and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had, all tension from the muscles was released and extremely good service. Highly highly recommend."
"I had a great experience with Alexandra — the session really helped relieve stiffness and tension in my lower back. I felt noticeably better and more relaxed afterwards. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness or recovery from training.

FAQ
Wear comfortable clothing that covers your body and allows free movement. Fresh socks help create the right surface for deeper work and keep your feet warm and relaxed. Sessions are done fully clothed.
It depends on your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. For those looking for intensive structural restoration or deep recovery, twice a week is ideal to achieve faster, lasting results. Typically, session frequency ranges from this intensive pace to a maintenance schedule of once every two weeks.
This method works deeply to release tension and stored emotions. You may feel discomfort as your body lets go of accumulated tension.
It is always safe, and I adapt the depth of work to your readiness. You are always in control. It's a powerful method, but never forced.
After the release, most people experience a significant sense of relief, lightness, and freedom.
Yes. Improving posture is one of the main goals. We work on alignment, balance, and movement awareness to help you move and hold your body more efficiently.
I work with clients who are in the post-injury recovery phase. I have extensive experience working in rehabilitation centers, helping people restore movement quality and mobility after their acute medical treatment is complete. For acute injuries, please consult your doctor before booking.
Manual Therapy is safe for most, however, it might not be suitable if:
- • You have acute injuries or very recent surgeries.
- • You have serious medical conditions without doctor's clearance.
Many clients notice improvements after the first session. However, long-term transformation requires consistent practice over time.
High-force adjustments and quick "joint cracking" often function as physical first aid — a rapid, forceful intervention designed to provide immediate, temporary relief.
My work is entirely different: it is gradual, systemic, and structural. We don't force the body; we guide it.
By working at a pace your consciousness can keep up with, we prevent the 'rebound effect' where the body reverts to old patterns.
